Your Guarantee
We take every care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in pristine condition. Your package is insured from our door to yours. In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost to you.
Limited Edition Prints
Ken Duncan Group offers purchasers of Limited Edition Prints a 60-day return and repair agreement if there is damage to your print. We do not offer a refund or return for change of mind.
Products
Ken Duncan Group Pty Ltd will provide a replacement or full refund on products that are faulty or damaged. We do not provide a refund or replacement due to a change of mind.
Tours & Workshops
Participant payments are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by Ken Duncan Group Pty Ltd. If a participant cancels with at least two weeks notice, we will endeavour to fill the place. If successful, at least 80% of the tour or workshop fee will be refunded.
Every effort has been made on this Gallery site to accurately represent the vibrant colours of Ken’s images. However, due to differences in computer screens and certain other variations, the images here should only be taken as a guide.
The colour and sharpness of a finished Ken Duncan Limited Edition Print are far superior to what can be presented on a small screen.
