Privacy Poilicy

We will not divulge any of your personal information to any third party, for any purpose whatsoever. Your personal and financial information is stored on our secure server and will never be shared with a third party.

Limited Edition Prints

Ken Duncan Group offers purchasers of Limited Edition Prints a 60-day return and repair agreement if there is damage to your print. We do not offer a refund or return for change of mind.

Tour & Workshops

Participants’ payments are considered non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by Ken Duncan Group Pty Ltd. However, if a participant needs to cancel their booking, provided a minimum of two weeks’ notice is provided, Ken Duncan Group will endeavour to find a person to take your place. If we are successful, at least 80% of your tour/workshop fee will be refunded. If Ken Duncan Group is unable to fill your place, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

If the workshop or tour is cancelled by Ken Duncan Group Pty Limited, the Company will refund 100% of participants’ payments received up to the date of cancellation.

Your Guarantee

We take every care to pack and ship your goods so they arrive in pristine condition. Your package is insured from our door to yours. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost to you.

Products

Ken Duncan Group Pty Ltd will provide a replacement or full refund on products that are faulty or damaged. We will not provide a refund or replacement due to a change of mind.
