Information We Collect
Ken Duncan Gallery may collect information you provide when making an enquiry, creating an account, placing an order, joining the Ken Duncan Rewards Club or contacting the Gallery. This can include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order information and saved prints.
We may also collect first-party website interaction information, such as prints viewed, time spent viewing artwork, size or frame selections, cart activity and completed checkout email details used to help recover an order. We do not store partial checkout keystrokes.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, process orders, manage customer accounts, provide delivery updates, support Rewards Club communications, improve customer service and better understand which prints, collections and products customers are interested in.
Storage And Disclosure
Customer information is treated with care and is not sold. Anonymous browsing sessions may be linked to a Rewards Club profile after a customer signs in or registers, so we can provide more relevant service and communications. Information may be shared with service providers where required to process orders, deliver goods, operate the website or meet legal obligations.
